Kisharon

The brief:

A well-respected and innovative faith-based charity, Kisharon provides support to children with complex learning disabilities, their families, teachers and other professionals. Following successful revenue and capital campaigns, they were seeking to recruit a new Director of Fundraising to build upon their recent growth and propel the organisation towards its next critical phase of development. Paul was brought in as an expert advisor, to work alongside the appointed recruitment agency, NFP Consulting.

Our approach:

Paul utilised his extensive network to help source and screen candidates. He led on the first round of interviews, before acting as an observer and advisor to the trustees in the final stage. Utilising his breadth of experience, he assessed candidates’ ability to plan strategically, lead a team and conduct effective major donor fundraising activities. Kisharon successfully appointed to the role, following this comprehensive search and selection process.
