Little Ships

The brief:

This innovative new social enterprise is seeking to help solve the housing crisis, by purchasing and developing unused sites within or between buildings. They were seeking to gain seed investment funding so asked Paul to develop a case for support for this purpose.

Our approach:

Other than a framework website, no other written material had yet been produced outlining the societal challenge and Little Ships’ approach. Paul conducted an in-depth interview with the founder and carried out extensive research on the housing crisis. He also sourced case studies and collated and expanded upon the information provided by the organisation. As a result, he produced a compelling paper, outlining the need, proposed intervention and opportunities for investment.
