Overcoming MS

The brief:

Overcoming MS educates, supports and empowers people with MS in evidence-based lifestyle and medication choices that help to improve their lives. Driven by the passion of its founders and the expertise of its professional team, it has grown steadily over recent years. Much of this is due to the success of its volunteer and major giving programmes, for which they sought our advice.

Our approach:

Paul regularly met the charity’s founder and CEO, gaining an understanding of the challenges and opportunities that Overcoming MS encountered. He provided guidance on how to structure and execute both these programmes, critically taking into account the capacity restraints of a small, but rapidly expanding organisation.
